2022 Hummer EV: GM's Electrified Answer to Raptor and Ram TRX

 


Back in 2010 Ford surprised everyone with the F-150 Raptor, an off road focused super truck. Packed with clever off road tech and hardware included a long travel suspension with superb Fox Racing shocks and all the structural reinforcement to the chassis to handle whatever drivers threw at it, the Raptor became a sales success. Uncontested for 10 years the Raptor, now in last years of its 2nd generation, met its match this year with the new Ram TRX. But how would General Motors(GM) respond?  I give you the upcoming 2022 Hummer EV, a convertible 4 door battery powered pickup truck and man is it cool, stupid expense, but cool.  Oh, and the top model has 1,000 hp. Can silent electric beat out gasoline combustion furry? Let's dive in.

The New 2021 Kia Sorento, Kia's other 3 row- 5 Things to Know

The Telluride may be getting all the press lately but Kia has just provided the details on the Telluride's 3 row stablemate and little brother, the 2021 Sorento.  Code named MQ4, the all new 4th generation Sorento rides on a new platform shared with the 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe and brings with it a 1.4 inch stretch between the wheels allowing for more interior room. 2022 Acura MDX Prototype Revealed

Acura has revealed the prototype for the upcoming 2022 MDX. Arguable the most important vehicle in their line up it accounts for a 3rd of their sales and is Acura's best selling model of all time. Not only that, the MDX is the best selling luxury 3 row crossover of all time. Basically this 4th generation MDX has a lot to live up to when it hits dealers in 2021. Think the expectations placed on the children of Lebron James for their athletic careers. No pressure
